Had a great year weight loss wise last year (2013) i dropped from 84.2kg's to 72kg's, started running with the salsa crew and worked my way up to being able to run more than 7km's straight (for someone that never thought they would ever run thats pretty awesome) also quit smoking which certainly helped the running i'll upload a pic or 2
I was even confident enough to wear a bikini in public september 2013
...However along came christmas and i decided i could let loose a little, well that was a huge mistake, i became very blasé about my eating and stopped running thus i started gaining weight, i started a new job and ended up smoking again (which i have quit about 1 month ago now) gaining 14.5kgs over the last 6 months :(
I have just returned from a family vacation and i can feel the extra weight i've put on, decided to jump on the scales to see exactly what damage i had done... Weighed in at 86.5kg's pretty bummed out thought i really can not expect anything less with the unhealthy way i have been living
So now it's time to get back down to goal AND STAY THERE!!
Goal for now is 75kg's and i will re evaluate once there
Looking forward to living a healthier life for me and zac and to what the future holds
